inconsistent temperaturelimited hot selection
the room temperature was all over the place. one minute i was sweating, the next i was shivering. the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. also, the breakfast selection was pretty limited if you wanted something hot. not exactly a culinary adventure.

The garage offered a big plus for safety and convenience. the breakfast was a great buffet. lana from the reception desk provided helpful service. I especially appreciated her assistance.
the hotel stay was let down as the rooms on the upper floors were very hot overnight, so it was very uncomfortable.

the staff was friendly and ready to help. the hotel was clean. the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of dishes (i especially liked the pastries). the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. i will come back.
The temperature of the room was inconsistent. It went from hot to cold. the panel did not work well. the hotel advised that the air conditioning is turned off in the winter and no fans were available. i opened a window, but it did not provide much air.

broken air conditioningflat pillows
The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported this to the front desk, but the situation was not resolved . This. Also the pillows were flat I felt as if I had no support at all when sleeping. It was difficult to have a good night's rest with these issues.
